The execution of the maintenance and production enhancement project for the Siyahmakan oil field, as part of the development plan for 28 reservoirs of the National Iranian South Oil Company, has commenced.

The subsurface development of the Siyahmakan field includes drilling four Bangestan wells to a depth of approximately 5,000 meters, while the surface facilities involve constructing a separation and pressure boosting facility with a capacity of 10,000 barrels per day, laying 12-inch and 8-inch pipelines, and installing a 66-kilovolt single-circuit metal power transmission line along with all associated facilities. Additionally, the construction of well positions 001 and 030 and the installation of flowlines from the drilled wells to the new separation and pressure boosting facility at Siyah Makan are also part of this project’s execution.

The maintenance and production enhancement project for the Siyah Makan field at Gachsaran Oil and Gas Production Company is one of the contractual packages under the Development Plan for 28 Reservoirs of the National Iranian South Oil Company. The contract for this project was signed in July of this year between this company and Pasargad Energy Development Company. Pejvak Energy Engineering Services Company is responsible for the engineering, support, logistics, and supply procurement for both surface and subsurface sections.
